Rangers Fans - a Disgrace

Just back from Old Trafford.

Went to town for a drink or two before hand - there were about 4 pubs open -
and even then, only to a select few. We were in Mulligans, luckily enough.

And yet there wasn't a hun to be seen... reputations, you see.

I was lucky enough to be in the South Stand - eastern side - right next to
your mob.

How many times did I hear Celtic and the Pope mentioned? - it was great,
felt right at home.

Then Patrick Kielty comes on to do the half-time draw to tumultuous applause
from the away support... or maybe not.

"Fenian Bastard" was the witty comments coming from our friends in red white
and blue.

Did Patrick mind? No, he gave you all a big clap and a wee bow... such is
his lovely Irish nature.

The Man Utd fans around were in hysterics laughing at how petty you lot
were. I have to admit, I joined in a little. Sue me!

Then your one redeeming moment. Replying to Manchester's taunts of "So
fucking easy" with the equally original... "So fucking easy..." That
brought a sympathetic smile to my already smiley face.

I was hoping for 4, but alas it wasn't to be.
I was actually glad - in a way - that it wasn't because the Manure fans
started singing are you Celtic in disguise... and reminded me just how much
I hate them too.

Oh and the atmosphere was the veritable curates egg...

good post Willie.

Watching from home on TV I was cringing with embarassment when the mob
started to sing Rule Britannia and God Save the Queen!

Even the Man U fans where whistling at them.

You could be right, especially as they were awarded the "Fair Play Award" by
UEFA to note theire exemplary behaviour in European competition last season.
UEFA would like more people to behave like Celtic supporters. There would be
far less bother if they did.

Right, so the mayday plane incident and the thumped Steward was all just a
dream was it?

and there was no mayday. Probably one of your wet dreams Daz ;-)

Someone said that they were actually singing "are you City in disguise". Could this be true?

No, carry on, it must make a change to see a team scoring so freely against
the Scottish treble winners.

I've never even been to Manchester in my life. In fact I wouldn't even
be able to find Manchester on a map. I'm actually from Siberia.....

Isn't Manchester near scotland ?
